Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags still attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your own expense.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please contact us first before sending anything back. 

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Returns are at the customer’s own expense

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Please note: If an item has been worn and subsequently becomes damaged, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items)

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow some processing time, as banks and card providers may take a few days to post the refund
