Shipping policy

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Arrives 1-2 Working Days.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Arrives 2–3 Working Days.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery – Arrives Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm.

Place your order before 3PM (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch.

DISPATCH DAYS

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will provide your tracking details.
